training methods are based on reward and motivation, with additional focus on
body language as a silent communication technique.

Private Training:
No
one knows your pooch better than you. Do they socialise well with other dogs?
Do they socialise well with other people?! Do they have a disability or require
individual attention? Then ask all of these questions of yourself. Perhaps you
are hard of hearing, unsteady on your feet or just plain shy! NO PROBLEM! My
sessions are open to dogs and people of all abilities and all walks of life. If,
for whatever reason, you and your dog require individual attention, then that's
what you'll get. Training can be carried out at your home or other location of
your choice. Sessions last one hour and will be tailored to
suit your requirements. £30 Group Training:
Group
sessions are held at the Victory Hall, Charlestown, Weymouth and are charged at
£30 for a six-week puppy/beginners course. The Kennel Club Good Citizens Scheme is also run over a six week period at a cost of £32.50. The three stages of Bronze, Silver and Gold are taught. All fees are non-refundable and payable on booking. Each class will have a maximum of 9 dogs and their human and last one hour. At the end of the course specific standards should be met which will enable students to progress
to the next group if they wish to do so.
